Our kiln dried sand products are processed on site at our Bakers Beach Quarry, providing confidence in our products and removing the middle man when purchased direct. Our dried sand products are used across many industries throughout Tasmania, from residential through to large scale commercial and industrial operations.
With TasMulch kiln dried sands, they follow a stringent quality controlled processing method from initial grading, to washing, kiln drying, followed by our screening process. Our screening methods use vibration and a series of graded mesh sizes to allow for accurate particle separation. We utilize air dust extraction creating a safer, no dust end product.
Given all of our kiln dried sand products are processed utilising a vibrating screener, the flexibility of this processing method allows us process and grade product to meet a broad range of requirements specific to your project.
